Express yourself: Don't hold back!
I have a question for you: ARE you expressing yourself fully? Or are you holding back?
I will be doing a summary post about the Gathering in TN where I just spoke, but let me give you a tiny preview of what I said: that we tend to fail at communicating or expressing ourselves, but it doesn't have to be that way. Each of us has a voice, and we can use our voices to heal ourselves and others, and when we start using our true voices regularly, it makes it easier to express ourselves creatively, too.
Give yourself permission to communicate who you are to the world. Practice it regularly and free yourself! Even if it's something you've never done before but have always wanted to try, go on: try it!
So whether it's speaking, writing, music, painting, drawing, woodworking, or some other form of self-expression:
