It is Day 2 of the Mountain Gypsies' Gathering 2018, and as I'm sure you've seen by now, I'm speaking this weekend. The name of my talk is Finding My Voice, and this song popped into my head as I was writing my speech, providing me with much inspiration. Never one to ignore the Capital-V VOICE, I'd love to share it with you all, and I'd love to know what you think of it after you've heard it.

Please enjoy The Voice, beautifully sung by Eimear Quinn (Songwriters: Brendan Graham
The Voice lyrics © Peermusic Publishing). This song was the 1996 Eurovision contest winner. There have been various covers of it since, but the impact of the original performance by Ms. Quinn cannot be disputed.

Want more? This video of the winning performance introduces you to Eimear Quinn and the backing musicians, plus, seeing it performed live is just amazing. I'm impressed by her control and accuracy under such potentially nerve-wracking conditions. May my own voice being even half as strong! ☘🐝
