There's a theory out there that what we think is what our reality will be. I know this holds true for me. Anyone who's read The Secret or practiced mind over matter would probably know what I'm talking about.
I like to "keep a clean house," mentally. I find that if I start using certain language, that language does have the power to affect my perception of the world. This cookie reminds me to keep my thoughts aligned with how I want my life to be.
